Quick report

No signs of instability other then small cracks in new storm slab and new snow ontop of the melt crust totaled about 20cm. The temperature started at about 24°f at 10am and climbed to low 30° by 3pm. No wind and no evidence if wind slabs from last night. We dug a pit at 6k on a north aspect and failed to get any propagation in our test. We found a melt crust 20 cm down and then a rain crust 70cm down. The faceted snow at the base was still hanging around but showed signs of healing.

Avalanche

Observed small point release wet avalanches along the road around 2pm due to warming.
