On a tour up to the Sulphide glacier we saw lots of evidence of recent slides, most notably in the steeper sided basin right after crossing the saddle. On south facing slopes there were lots of loose wet slides, largely appearing to be triggered by cornice and/or rock fall. On the north facing sides there were LARGE glide cracks, all over the slope. Skinning up the snow was quite firm, skiing down the snow was lovely corn, but we definitely hustled through the steeper slopes, it feels like the snow pack is warming rapidly and it is not a good time to be under hangfire.
