Quick report
Gulf of Slides was thoroughly in spring snowpack with a snow surface that softened well from the previous nights refreeze. Very small isolated pockets of snow (1-4” deep) from the minimal 4/18-19 snow could be found lower in the gullies filling in depressions but not much for new snow higher up. Main, Gully 2, and Gully 3 were still in good shape but the GOS ski trail is only skiable partway down.
