Quick report
No signs of instability, the snow had a 2-3" crust on it that did not soften meaningfully throughout the day. It ranged from breakable to bulletproof. N and S aspects seemed to be similarly affected and this crust persisted from 3k to 5k, I can not speak to higher. Given how solid it was, we felt comfortable traveling on steeper terrain, again without observing any instability. That said, the riding was pretty terrible. Snow lake divide has been blasted with rime and visibility to 50' max. No new snow and almost none available for transport.
Avalanche
Saw multiple wet loose slide debris piles of varying ages but at least a day old given how frozen they were. They were seen on all aspects at elevations above 3,000'
