Quick report
Went up bedal working benchy low angle terrain. Consistent snow started at about 4k. Hand pits on test features had the top 6 inches to a foot popping on the first elbow tap. Fresh snow was slabbed up and had only a couple inches of ski penetration. Low angle skied fun but our minimal steep turns it was not trap crusty but punchy very easy to hook a ski. Observed fresh debris on solars. Light wind and weak high clouds kept new snow cold and didn’t have any roller balling on north slopes. April 2 layer is about 2 feet down above 5k
Avalanche
Decent sized fresh wet loose on solars
