Quick report

Bluebird day southside up high w some lower clouds to west. Was moderately windy earlier w ridge plumes indicating from northerly side, but now a light breeze as well from the southwest. Surface conditions up yo 9500 softening nicely but ski crampons still useful.

Avalanche

Possibly widely propagating D3ish SE-facing wind slab extending from near NE edge of Illumination Saddle through almost entirety of Castle Crags. May also be multiple smaller slabs, but they seem appear just under entirety of crag (albeit some small crown sections). Debris seems to have slid well below elevation of base of Illumination rock (ie crossing large section of trail to saddle).
