Quick report
1-2 inches estimated new snow on more shaded aspects, highly wind transported. A couple of very isolated pockets up to 1ft. No signs of instability within this new snow. Solar aspects resembled a spring melt-freeze snowpack. Sunbreaks in the afternoon resulted in great ski conditions on SW-S facing slopes. Snowpack is by no means fat, but we found coverage to be sufficient for the entirety of our tour, including low elevation south facing slopes.
Avalanche
Many wet slides observed from the recent rain event, primarily seen on slopes below cliffs.
