Did a little tour to a nub in Silver Basin called the "party knoll". Did a little pit on East facing slope near the top. Found a cohesive top layer of about 10" that was able to move as a slab on the crust layer, bonding seemed somewhat weak. Avoiding steepest slopes, the run down was moderately thick pow, had to keep your speed up.
