Bullmoose Mt Spieker

Another great day in the Bullmoose zone today around Mt Spieker Temperatures again were very warm today (particularly solar Aspects. + 3 at trucks at 930am Below Tree line and possibly freezing termperature in Alpine later in day. Snowpack at lower elevation bands is undergoing the isothermal transition, breakable surface crust is the saving grace for easy sledding until you break through the crust. Observed 2 Size 2+ slab avalanches that released off the Lee side of Mt Spieker (these avalanches were at least 1 week old). Cracking underneath sled on Windward terrain All in all an awesome day
