Quick report
Solars: Sun crusts are found on most solar slopes. -W and SE facing slopes hold crusts that are thin and are capping surface facets. There is a thin dusting of recent snow capping crusts. I didn't look closely, but the dusting of new is most likely faceting out. -S-SW the crusts are supportable. Most supportable crusts are very rough. Solars softened just enough for easy travel uphill. Wet loose didn't appear to turn on. Shade: Slopes facing W-N-E hold a stack of weak faceted snow at the surface. 30-40cm of facets exist. In the short term, these pose risk in steep terrain for dry loose. I was surprised with how well the skiing was on due west (ie, how weak the snow surfaces are).
