Quick report
Did two PST tests today targeting 0208 during a quick tour in and around Avalanche Peak. The first was at 8200 NE in the sheltered glade above the road off the Tweener Ridge. result was 30/100 End 65cm's down on FC's. The second was at 9300 NW in the flat sheltered meadow above Suicide Bowl. Result nearly identical at 30/100 End 67cm down on FC's. In both locations 0216 was faintly visible, but did not jump out as an obvious stripe of FC's or SH. Both sites were nearly identical in terms of weak layer depth, slab/weak layer configuration, and feel by shovel (weak!) when cutting through 0208 during excavation. No other signs of instability during this short tour.
