Quick report
Non-aggressive travel under calm, clear skies with fog and colder temps in the valley. Frost in many places on the bare ground near Perry Creek. The snow line was ~4400' and then knee to thigh deep around 5200'. Sunny slopes had a melt freeze crust in places with old and new rollerballs on steeper slopes. The sun also produced some small tree bombs. Unconsolidated snow on shady slopes. In the meadow, snow was somewhat settled over boulders and around trees, but was still uncohesive - bad for snowballs - and a few small wind features were visible.
