Skiing up to Mt. Plewman the south aspects were significantly wind affected. The wind slab was patchy, varying in thickness from a couple centimeters to >20cm. There were spin drifts occurring along the ridge. There was evidence of critical warming throughout the day with tree bombs, pinwheeling, and an increasingly wet/heavy surface layer on south aspects. We skied mellow slopes on the south aspect <30 degrees.
