Avi Crest #3 incident update

Went back up to avi crest to further investigate the avalanche witnessed 2 days prior. Speculated slab formation due to micro cross-loaded feature alongside avi crest #3 entrance (guidebook reference). Upgrading the previously posted avalanche size to 1.5 with consequential trees below. Riding quality was great otherwise, with significant sun crust observed in steeper sections above ~2000m.

Suspect micro cross-loaded feature due to lack of observed wind slab in surrounding area. Weak layer felt quite firm to ride on.
