The snowpack in the shovelnose zone near Mt fee was highly reactive to skiier traffic this past Sunday. With numerous easy to cut slabs failing in the upper snowpack. The previous evenings storm had released 2 notable avalanches up to size 2.5 with either debris or crowns evident. A layer of stellars and small SH was showing on quick investigation of the snowpack and easily noted by hand shear or stacked skin tracks. Stay safe out there folks!
