Narao Shoulder

Toured up to the viewpoint on Narao shoulder. Wx clear skies, winds light W, temps in the parking lot at 10 AM was -21, warmed up to -11 mid day. Ski pen variable 20cm to 65cm with snow depth averaging around 1m. ~20cm of recent storm snow over a mostly faceted snow pack made for tedious trail breaking. Punchy skiing on descent with more supported turns between 1950 to 1800 m. Lots of willow still poking through. Plenty of beautiful views though - Happy new year everyone!
