Break in the storm

Poked around the stadium glacier area during a sunny gap in the storm. Had clear skies until the clouds came in around noon. A good amount of crowns from yesterday or the day before on northern slopes. hasty pits on n and nw slopes produced some unconsolidated storms slabs failing roughly 20cm down, but results were quite varied throughout the day - notably with the difficulty required to get the slab moving. Found a fair amount of wind effect above 1450m with a noticeable wind slab which was much more active but not as deep as what we found slightly below.
