Kootenay Pass South Pow on Crust

18-25cm storm snow over a 2cm rain crust. Storm snow failed at 4th wrist tap. Lower layers (below rain crust) well bonded, did not fail with full arm. Observed dry loose sloughing when skiing steeper terrain. Wind loading common and cornices galore.
