Observation sub peak bowl

Skied the bowl below Observation sub peak. HS was 70-90cm at 2550m on a sheltered WNW aspect. We did two ECT tests but didn't see any propagation. There was 10-20cm of new snow, however it was quite heavy and/or wind pressed, so the skiing was just ok. The snowpack was very low (20-25cm) down below treeline which made travel quite 'sporty'.
