Quick report
Tracklog, pictures (mainly just distant scenery for my family), and captions are posted here: https://www.strava.com/activities/11388039598 … and snow coverage as follows: 1. NE Snowfield is ~500’ vert where most people were skiing down the center, with solid coverage, no major weaknesses emerging yet. 2. Wandering over far to skier’s left yielded the usual max ~660’ vert, and the skier’s right dogleg (which I did not take) might have been the same. 3. Traversing out across the East Snowfield to near the top of Sluice was ~930’ vert, with lots of great skiing along the way, although skinning back was somewhat inefficient given the aforementioned traversing. 4. SE Snowfield was ~700’ vert down to the trail closure, and the middle section was connected (barely) to the East Snowfield, although the traversing skintrack back to the NE Snowfield was painfully tedious with negative bonus points for exertional asymmetry. 5. I did not talk to anyone who ventured over to Airplane Gully, but based on everything else, should be close to full length.
