Toured up Gordon Lyon from Arctic Valley. Wet, weak snow down low greatly improved with elevation. Sustained Northward winds scoured whatever bits of snow were available for transport and took multiple hats. Had collapses on shallow snow resting on alders, including one that shot cracks over 10 feet out. 1-2” windslab at the top of the chute we skied.
