Skied a south facing slope on Gothic. We found great soft conditions around 10:15 at upper elevations. Mid and lower elevations, this timeframe was a bit past prime. We saw another group cut across a steep north east facing slope (very close to the ridge line) to access a south facing slope. While they traversed, the caused a small loose/wet avalanche that grew quite large and triggered a slab avalanche. No one caught.
