Quick report

We skied on steep 40 degree, southerly, middle elevation slopes with 12”+ of unconsolidated snow. We saw minimal signs of wind effect on the slopes we skied and only exposed one member of our party at a time. Sluffs were slow moving and not entraining much snow even on the steepest slopes. We saw stiff wind deposits above the chutes on northerly aspects that did not crack with hard stomping. The surface of the snow was littered with knocked over surface hoar from the cold nights over the weekend.
