In the alpine, 10-20cms previous storm snow (transitioning from fist at the surface to 4f), on top of the Nov 21 crust (knife). Accumulation at or below treeline was negligible. Broken sky cover, at times strong gusts, and the coldest air and surface temperatures seen recently.
