Quick report

No obvious signs of instability.

Weather

Mild conditions today. Partly cloudy skies, with cool temperatures. Wind was L out of the SW.

Snowpack

20-27cm of snow rests above 2/8 facets on shaded terrain.

Old wind slabs are camouflaged under new snow. They are thin, only about 5cm thick, but where they exist, I was able to get propagating test scores in ECTs. Out of previously windloaded terrain, there was not enough of a slab to get propagating results.

Surfaces are very weak. Another batch of near-surface facets/ surface hoar has formed over the last few days.
