Sled ski day Sunday 2/16/25 on bearpaw. Triggered small 8-12in shallow storm slabs almost every run. Didn’t manner on aspect or within shelter terrain. Very predictable/manageable and did not propagate far. These small storm slabs could drag you into a terrain trap, trees, or possibly penetrate deeper into the snowpack on larger open terrain. My best guess is with forecasted wind and heavy snow these conditions will develop into deeper storm slabs and wind slabs over the course of the next few days
