Quick report
- Today’s signs of instability included 1 small wet loose slide (beneath rocky terrain) and a recent slab avalanche. Sluffs in steep, wind loaded terrain during last night. - Despite ample solar radiation (with a light breeze throughout the day) there were no other signs of warming on visible SE - SW slopes in mid and upper elevations. A few tree bombs were dropping. - While the snow did start to settle and consolidate, it remained dry at the surface in low angle terrain.
