Quick Observation

Fast travel up to ridgetop. Top 25cm was blower. Some sloughing seen in steeper 30-35 degree sections. Raincrust was felt whilst riding at slightly lower elevations. Best turns I've had this year!

Very calm day. Solar input between 10:30-11:30am, otherwise high overcast.

Snowpack

2 CTs, 1 ECT performed on W aspect of Lightning Strike Ridge, directly above Twin Lakes. CTE8, CTM11 down 25 (BR) - SS interface. All snow above this was F resistance. CTM16 down 35 (BR). CTH21 down 45 (BR). CTM14 down 70 (SP) - Jan 4 SHxr 2-4mm. ECTN11 down 25. ECTN23 down 65.
