Black Prince Area

Dust on crust scenario, with just enough overlying snow to make the ski quality decent. North facing slopes held the best snow with no wind. Sluff moved ~5m with little entrainment. The sun was packing a punch, especially in warspite bowl and black prince area as a whole - which stayed in sunshine the whole trip. The temp was cool enough to keep the snow in decent condition with only minor pinwheeling noted on sunny aspects. Small sluffing noted off steep slopes. No other signs of instability noted. Clear until ~11am with light flurries beginning around noon. (Appeared to be upslope). Winds also began to pickup at this time. No noted accumulation by our end at 1pm. -10 C to start and -1 C at 1pm.
