Spotted this large natural avalanche today while moving around the Moffit Peak area. New snow, strong and sustained winds from a southwest and northwest direction overloaded this northeast facing slope. It is quite an impressive crown that runs nearly the entire ridge line with lots of debris piled up in the bottom and amazing how connected this piece of snow is.
