A few laps around Pulpit 1. S slopes through open trees, SE corner pillows and Chute 1 on E face. Quite supportive of new snow with only one large settlement lower down on Chute 1 below the choke,very reminiscent of the Crowfoot glades min aspect/elevation but with zero movement. Higher elevation was much more supportive, likely due to deeper snowpack. Calm with no wind affect yet. Surprisingly little natural evidence around the immediate area. Great low angle powder skiing to be had in moderate terrain but still caution required.
