Cayoosh south bowl

Wind picked up during the day. A bit of (dry) surface sluffing on steeper aspects. Southern facing was melting especially near the rocks but also on southern aspects directly facing the sun.

Snow conditions were: Powder. Weather conditions were: Cold. We rode: Alpine slopes. Riding quality was amazing.

Avalache Conditions: Rapid temperature rise to near zero degrees or wet surface snow.
