Went to Seaton with several north aspect goals. When we got to the bowl we observed several avalanches in surprising locations that occurred in the last 12 hours (see photos). That, combined with substantial wind transport, caused us to choose conservative terrain. Over the course of the day we observed several new wind/cornice avalanches, confirming our terrain choices.
