Mountain Conditions Report

With 11.5cm overnight and 53cm storm total, winter is on! Skied east side of Red Mountain Pass, and coverage was variable, with trees holding good snow and no wind affect. ATL, coverage is highly variable as are ski conditions. Plenty of bones to hit if you don't avoid the rollovers. Only dug hand shears at TL, with a noticeable interface between last night's snow and the previous storm snow. No signs of instability and no avy activity observed, while touring and on the drive up and down. We didn't get to high north, but all other zones travelled had a nice lack of faceting near the ground! Temps were cold, single digits, and winds were light to moderate, from the north. Snow transport was mostly light. Skies cleared throughout the day.
Location: 37.89297450 -107.69453287
