Fortress Loop

<p>Skied a loop some of us had been talking about for a while. Ended up skiing the steep part coming down from the col with a rope out in front of us since we couldn't see beyond our ski tips. Highly recommended on clear days. Encountered some small whumps on isolated wind slabs on flat ground. nothing on the alpine slopes appeared reactive though the wind slabs are there. More prevalent on east/northeast slopes. Released a very small wind slab with an aggressive ski cut on a steep feature just below treeline on the ski out... the possibility is there.</p>
