MurchiSUN Falls

Cold, windless start (-20°C) on Murchison. The ice was much less brittle than we expected. A mixture of dry and wet ice. Tools swang better than feet. Screws were a bit tricky in some places but overall good. Ice cave belay on the right has one bolt exposed. The sun hits the route between 2-4pm and it was glorious! Softened the ice and warmed our backs. Approach slope has very little snow. Very little snow transport coming from the top.
