Whistler Backcountry

Skied from flute to oboe creek, up to oboe summit and down to singing pass through the apostles. Great skiing on NE aspects with 30+ cm of light new snow from this week’s storms. Didn’t ski on NW facing slopes but observed wind textured snow on Oboe face. Day started sunny but thick low cloud moved in early afternoon. Winds were light all day. No recent avalanches or signs of instability were observed.
