Oboe Reset

The reset here in the oboe basin area seems widespread. Rain Runnels visible in the bottom of the drainage at 1600m. Steeper slopes force you to cut into the crust whereas lower angle smooth skiing you don't touch bottom.

RP in storm snow CT 13. CT27 is failing about 80 down on the previous SH layers. 40 down there is a 10cm rain crust providing strong bridging.
