KD middle trees

Great Skiing, great snow. Still lots of water moving. Take a pit so facing slope around 500 m of elevation. Cross loaded slope, snow 1.7 m depth with 30 cm new. Didn't do a column test but did note the snow from the ground 50 cm up was quite wet snowball wet. The new snow was sliding a little bit on the last rain crust layer but didn't seem to be propagating. Great skiing in the trees
