Connaught Creek to 8812 Bowl. Conditions from parking lot to treeline were hardpack from the recent thaw and freeze with 10cm of powder, slippery skin in spots. Both Grizzly and Frequent flyer have ran in the last storm cycle, travel through the path is best on bootpack. Above treeline and into Alpine (2000m) found 20cm or so of powder on wind affected terrain. Powder caches in the concave features. Overall great ride down the Alpine slopes, and a icy skin out.
