Killdevil West

Great glades on the west side of Killdevil Mountain. Snow was ok above 300m, with some pow found above 400m. Everything else was crusty. Pockets of powder up high indicate there is still some loose snow available for wind loading at the moment. The coming warmth will probably deteriorate the tree skiing quickly. C’mon spring alpine season!!
