Soggy and slidey Illecillewaet

Most of the South facing slopes around us had already produced big avalanches, and everywhere else was actively producing small wet slides or glide avalanches. At 9am snow was isothermal above treeline. It was very slow but maneuverable deep slush on the way down. Good snow coverage on the trail and creek crossings all the way down to the parking lot.
