We were confident from the forecast and skiing a high consequence line in Little Simpsons Gulch on HBM.
I was skiing a steep NE facing sunny pitch below a convexity, and it started to slide around me.
Might have been triggered by dog above, see first picture.
Since I was near the top of the slide, it went past me quickly, and I was able to ride it out on my hip for the short time I was in it.
I watched it funnel through short trees below me and continue a long way to valley bottom.
No injuries.
