Birdwood traverse

Skied the Birdwood traverse today. ~10cm on firm crust. Sun crust developing in S facing slopes. Wind scouring and loading going into Commonwealth drainage. Crust was less firm in Commonwealth but conditions more rocky. Boot packed up through ‘Burstall headwall’ Best turns after first pass.
