Up on the glacier, at the Bergschrund shoulder, an NE class-1 windslab released.
It was resting on blue ice. Crown 40-50m wide, 40cm deep. Conditions on the glacier are bare in some places, and confortable in sheltered lines. Snow bridges are creating but remain to be careful about.
It remotely released probably just after our party or the next one went on the face, but nobody noticed it on the spot. It slid on a steeper part of the shoulder were nobody went down (5m at the closest)
Some propagation cracks were noticed above the crown on several meters
epic day besides that. Keep an eye out!
