Quick report
Plenty of sun-affected snow, with numerous (if small) point-release wet slides from recent days originating at solar-warmed rocks and trees on steeper slopes. Sunny/exposed aspects are losing snow quickly and bare soil patches are appearing below 6k'. The facets in shadier pockets are still sugary but beginning to consolidate. A few inches of light snow is still available for transport on E and N aspects. Most of the snow that I found on S and W slopes has frozen and thawed into near-corn. Light to no wind, sunny skies, cold air temps today (5F in the morning, warming to about 20F).
