Quick report

Started at 8:15am and the surface snow was frozen until great Scott basin, which turned to wet dust on crust. No steam crossing required yet. Lots of debris in source lake and throughout great Scott. Minimal cornices or hanging snow left up high. Big trees was free of debris, but skinning was tenuous. Pineapple skied relatively well, big trees was still a frozen tundra near 11. Gusts of high wind periodically was transporting snow. Sun never broke through the thin clouds leaving it pretty cold. Some debris in the Alpental out track, but easy to get around.

Lots of old debris throughout source lake and great Scott basin. Many glide cracks on the east side of the basin.
