Quick report
The snow surface changes dramatically as you gain elevation, change aspect, or slope angle. North-facing shaded slopes are holding onto cold snow despite the warm ambient air temperatures. Solar aspects have been taking on a lot of sun, with minimal re-freeze at night. It's still possible to find nice snow, but its distribution is limited.
Steep South-Southeast facing slopes with rocks or cliff bands had produced some roller ball activity. While descending a SSW-facing slope, it was easy to move wet snow while skiing. Our slope angle was too low to produce a true Wet Loose avalanche, but roller balls and pinwheels were abundant.

Snowpack
At 7,600' on a NW aspect, we found 4 feet of snow or 124 cm. Our tests revealed a generally strong and right-side-up snowpack. We did not see propagation in our Extended Column Tests.
