Quick Observation

The top 20cm of surface snow was moist on all aspects up to the alpine at 2200m We had a true snowpack assessment day and dug profiles on both North and South snowpacks, and had no results from our tests on either side. We decided to ski the North aspect where the snow quality was better, the new snow was heavy but still skied good. Visibility was poor so did not observe any new avalanches.
