Quick report

Overall the storm snow had a settled feel to it with no instability noted. Snowpit tests were non-reactive with no propagation in ECTs. Obvious transport up high and I suspect reactive wind slab on west aspects.

Snowpack

We dug two full profile pits today to check up on previous persistent weak layers from earlier in the season. We found rounding facets through the snowpack with no layers of concern. The storm snow seems to have bonded well to the old snow and is unreactive. Overall, stable conditions minus the wind loading up high.
